The David Campbell Memorial Association is a non-profit organization run by volunteers who care deeply about the history and heritage of Portland Fire & Rescue.  With a focus on members who have lost their lives in service, the DCMA engages in various projects to maintain the stories and importance of the members of Portland Fire & Rescue who have died in service to the citizens of Portland, Oregon. 

Various projects, including the general operation and maintenance of the DCMA rely on donations and financial support from the community.
